Mable, Junior High (Tri-Way) Volleyball, 2010
Game Highlights: Mable Panthers vs. Calvary Eagles

October 12, 2010

Final Score:  Calvary defeats Mable: 23-25, 25-14, 15-4

The girls played against the undefeated team in our league, Calvary, and pulled off a victory in game 1 (25-23), but fell to the Eagles in Games 2 (14-25) and 3 (4-15). With only 6 players for Mable, we had to adjust our rotation after losing three starters, one of them being our setter. Leanne A. did a great job being introduced to a new starting position, and Julie S. was an excellent addition in the second setter spot. Calvary was simply too strong in their serving and hitting positions, and that is where they defeated the Mable Panthers.

Our girls played and worked so hard. They made adjustments against adversity and came with at least one game win against a very experienced and accomplished team.

Shopping List:
- Food handling gloves

- Candy corn

After popping the kernels, there isn't much to this recipe except assembly.  The best part is using candy corn for the finger tips!
