DSL Boys Football vs Edgewood
November 3, 2010

Unfortunately our DSL team lost to the Edgewood Eagles 12-18, but they are having fun and learning a lot about football!  The highlights of the game were when Jason L.carried a kick-off the length of the field for a touchdown and when quarterback Cole M. threw a 50 yard pass to Nathan L., who then ran it in for the Cougar’s second touchdown!

The DSL Cougars play their last game against Heritage Oak on Tuesday, November 9.

November 2, 2010

Final Score:  Mable defeats McDowell 25-7, 25-13

Congratulations to our 5/6th grade girls volleyball team for being Undefeated League Champions for the 2nd consecutive year! Fairmont beat McDowell in back-to-back sets 25-7 and 25-13. The girls played very well as a team and each girl contributed to our success all season long. Our student athletes continue to strive on and off the court not only with their academics, but also with their behavior around campus and on the volleyball court. Congratulations on your hard work and effort for a successful 2010 season!

Tri-Way Girls Volleyball vs Carden Hall
November 2, 2010

Final Score: Carden Hall defeats Anaheim Hills, 24-26, 25-22, 16-18

Fierce and determined were the words to describe the Lady Cougars as they fought in the semi-finals of the Tri-Way Volleyball play-offs on Tuesday.  The Cougars were beaten by the Carden Hall Eagles in three very long, exhausting games, 24-26, 25-22, 16-18.  Captains Neha P. and Jayde W. lead the girls volleyball team to a few comebacks in points but the Eagles triumphed in the end.  The girls were so determined not to give up the game and rallied around each other.  It was an amazing season, and even though it did not end the way we had all hoped, we are VERY proud of our Lady Cougars.  They finish with an 11-2 season, the best season the Anaheim Hills campus has ever had.

Mable Panthers vs. Carden Hall, Junior High (Tri Way) Volleyball
November 1, 2010

Final Score:  Carden defeats Mable 5-25, 10-25

We would like to congratulate our Lady Panthers for a great season!
The Mable Panthers fell to Carden Hall in the first round of playoffs for the 2010 season.
Mable entered the match ranked #6, and had to face a very strong Carden Hall ranked #3. With several errors in a row and inconsistent serving, Fairmont was simply not able to keep up with the play of Carden Hall.  However, we are proud of the Lady Panthers for their winning season that got them to the playoffs!
